Shipping

When we ship:

Shipping of plants and arrangements typically occur between Monday and Friday each week.

How we ship:

Shipping is done via both United States Postal Service as well as FedEx. We do not currently ship internationally due to various regulations. We apologies for any inconveniences.

Upon receiving your plants and arrangements, make sure to remove them from their packaging immediately, and provide ample sunlight. Water is also needed, make sure to water only when the soil is completely dry. Don’t forget, succulents are hardy plants and rebound easily with proper care.

Order processing:

Allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed. We thank you for your patience as we are always working as quickly as possible to pack and ship your orders!

We also pack our items by hand while taking great care to ensure that they arrive at their destination safely.

Undeliverable packages:

Joyful Succulents is not responsible for packages that are returned to our facility by carriers due to incomplete or incorrect address. Double check to make sure your address is correct.

In order to have your package resent, Joyful Succulents will charge for the replacement of damaged plants as well as a new shipping fee. There are no refunds or store credit for plants or arrangements that are damaged in transit due to carrier “Return to Sender” actions.  Packages will only be resent once the original package has been returned to Joyful Succulents.

Returns

All sales are final for live plants and arrangements. Please contact us with any questions, comments, or concerns by sending an email to info@joyfulsucculents.com.

Cancellations:

Joyful Succulents can cancel your order if a cancellation request is received before the order is fulfilled. However, an order that has been packed is ineligible for cancellation.

Damaged or missing:

We do our best to make sure all items are of top quality. However, we cannot control what happens to your order with shipping carriers.

Refunds are not available on our live plants. Provide an order number and photos of the damage, both to the packaging and the plants, along with a photo of the packing slip.

If an item is missing from an order, we require photos of the plants that were received, along with a photo of the packing slip.

Shipping in winter:

If you live in a climate with harsh winters, it is your responsibility to use caution when placing orders. Freezing temperatures may have an impact on your plants. Joyful Succulents is not responsible for any damage done to plants by weather conditions. Order at your own risk.
